Return and Refund Policy
At Crafted Artisans, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and we aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund policy process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt for proof of purchase. Please note that all discounted sale items that we personally discount are non refundable.
Product color may vary from the images shown. Every mobile display has a different capability to display colors/brightness/vibrancy. Lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's exact color/vibrancy.
FLAWS: Crafted Artisans garments are handmade and one-of-a-kind which means, minor imperfections may occur & are to be expected. Things that are not considered flaws: loose threads, transparency of fabrics, item not being 100% exact to the picture (pictures are only used for reference each garment color/fitting may vary), faded colors, different patterns/color placements, garments not fitting you as expected, holes smaller than a dime, fabrics being uncomfortable, etc Some of these items are made from scrap fabrics, so understand that what you are purchasing is HANDMADE.
All garments are thoroughly looked over for flaws. If there is an issue with your item that is not stated above, please reach out by filling out our contact form at the top left menu within 14 days of your package being delivered. MAJORITY of our clothing is free size, so as you are making a decision in your selection, please be sure to read all descriptions, & policies before purchasing.
NO REFUNDS ON POP UP EVENTS
Refunds:
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of that item, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
Return Shipping:
To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us and that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that ALL discounted sale items are not eligible for returns. These are specific sale items that have been discounted by our store. This does not apply to discounts that customers can use at checkout.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credit that is received.
Damages:
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a torn or damaged item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price. To initiate an eligible return for a damaged item, please contact our customer service email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.
